- Drive sales of heavy equipment units to achieve company targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
- Conduct sales visits, including travel to surrounding cities, to meet with potential and current customers.
- Gather and analyze market information to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports to track performance and strategy.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) collection to ensure timely payments.
Persyaratan
- Male or Female, under 40 years old.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with a minimum of 60 units sold annually.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Excellent health and physical condition.
- Willingness to be placed in any company location.
