Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the customs clearance process for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate with operation for handover and last mile delivery.
- Prepare and submit customs documentation, including import/export declarations, permits, and licenses.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of shipments.
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the customs clearance process.
- Stay updated on changes to customs regulations and procedures.
- Maintain records of customs transactions and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding customs clearance procedures.
Persyaratan
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) preferred.
- Previous experience in customs clearance or import/export operations is preferred.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), able to speak mandarin is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advance Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to join immediately.
