- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ad effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to determine the best strategies for conversion.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads and content creation.
- Proven success in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the job portal or recruitment industry is a plus.
