- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation, submission
- Collaborate closely with PLN stakeholders to ensure all tender requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Review and analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Monitor and manage the tender schedule to ensure timely submission and completion of all tender-related activities.
- Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of tender proposals, providing recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the tender process.
Persyaratan
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Tender Specialist, Tender Admin, or Tendering Engineer.
- Proven experience working closely with or handling tenders with PLN stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end tender documentation, including both open and closed tenders.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Experience in a company within the Energy (Electricity) sector is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
