- Responsible for handling 8-10 stores
- Providing guidance, training, and support to franchisees to help them successfully run their businesses while maintaining brand consistency
- Facilitate and assist with quality communications between all Franchise support departments and individuals within the Franchise Operator
- Ensure a quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores through training of new Franchise Operators
- Establish visitation cycles, store evaluations, oversee the completion of Training
- Develop business & action plans relative to Franchise development
- Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for market expansion
Persyaratan
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Willing to travel for business trip for 5 days
- Bachelor (S1) Graduate from all major
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
