- Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing the strategies created.
- Understand and comprehend the management of ISO CERTIFICATES, TKDN, and STANDARDS.
- Manage the entire operational system.
- Develop staff development strategies.
- Prepare operational activity schedule planning.
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
- Assist in overseeing the preparation of budgets for each department.
Persyaratan
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as Vice General Manager in telecommunication manufacturing sector
- Fluent in English (fluent in Mandarin is a plus).
- Have good leadership, energetic, and result-oriented.
- Have good analytical, planning, and operational control skills.
- Target-oriented, hard worker, high integrity, and high loyalty.
- Have high level management skills, good problem solving, and strong leadership
