- Leading supplier sourcing and introduction, negotiation of business terms and contract signing.
- Proactively provide material configuration iteration and cost optimization solutions to the demand side, generating value-added services.
- New equipment development + procurement integration; responsible for developing and purchasing order whole-link matching loops and supplier exception records.
- Responsible for setting up standard processes and maintaining Knowledge Base.
- Responsible for coaching and training on overseas material module work
Persyaratan
- Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of engineering work experience in the relevant field.
- Professional skills: Possessing abundant supplier resources, the ability to develop and manage supplier teams, familiar with dynamic cost management systems; familiar with the entire procurement process, with delivery management, quality control, and inventory management capabilities.
- Skill requirements: Proficient in Office work software operation, master common functions/formulas and data tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal decomposition, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Outgoing, communicative, and fluent in English are preferred.
