- Translate written materials (e.g., reports, contracts, marketing materials) from Indonesian to English and vice versa, with an emphasis on maintaining the original intent and tone.
- Provide oral interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and business negotiations involving Indonesian, English, and ideally Chinese speakers.
- Assist in cultural adaptation of content to ensure it resonates well with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of translated materials.
- Continuously improve language skills and stay updated with industry-specific terminology.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
- Fluent in Indonesian, English, and preferably proficient in Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Proven translation experience, particularly in a business or corporate setting, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt language use accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in translation work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
