- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
- Own all KPIs and metrics in order to proactively optimize and develop all CRM programs to create the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with across teams, including product and data to achieve the collective CRM vision.
- Lead the development of the roadmap for a clear A/B testing framework of new and existing programs to increase growth and improve retention.
Persyaratan
- Fresh graduates or 0-1 years of experience in CRM from any major are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
