Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the employee (expatriate) life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Responsible for all activities related to attendance management, contract management, and visa
- Ensure all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Support payroll and Industrial & Employee Relation activities
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least have 2 years of working experience in managing HR for foreign workers/expatriate
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple task
- Advance proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work in minimal supervision
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
