• Manage the end-to-end tender process for electrical projects, from request through to contract award.  
• Review tender documents thoroughly to assess project scope, technical specifications, and client needs, ensuring alignment with CHINT’s capabilities.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for competitive and high-quality tender submissions.  
• Conduct regular evaluations of the tendering process to drive continuous improvement and ensure excellence in submissions.  
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and client preferences to craft proposals that differentiate CHINT from competitors and highlight its unique value.  
• Lead the development of detailed tender documents, including technical proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules, showcasing CHINT’s innovation and expertise.  
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and competitiveness in all tender submissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).  
• At least 5 years of experience in tender management within the electrical industry, with a solid understanding of electrical systems.  
• Proficiency in Ms Project, Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and AutoCAD.  
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.  
• Knowledge of electrical regulations, standards, and best practices.  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
