- Represent CHINT as an innovator and market leader in the electrical and technology industry.
- Implement Low Voltage (LV) go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional and global marketing teams.
- Drive sales revenue and profit goals for LV products, working closely with the sales team to develop short- and medium-term strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitor data assessments to define effective plans, actions, and marketing channels.
- Define and introduce the appropriate LV products into the local market with the correct pricing and product strategies.
- Utilize a strong technical understanding of LV products, such as circuit breakers, contactors, surge arresters, power meters, earth leakage relays, and solar inverter systems.
- Ensure that all products meet local technical requirements, certifications, and legislation for compliance.
- Define and communicate product value propositions and differentiators to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop sales support toolkits, including product samples, sales instructions, training materials, and technical support documents.
- Design and implement product promotion activities, including diversified marketing methods, to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales department to explore new sales channels and drive growth by expanding strategic sales channels.
- Work closely with Global HQ and R&D teams to ensure continuous product development based on customer requirements and insights.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, engineering, design, or a market-facing role.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling approaches and marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing tools to increase visibility, profile, and reputation within the industry.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver innovative and creative presentations.
- High degree of adaptability, professionalism, and experience leading business processes.
- Experience in planning, budget management, and execution of marketing activities.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering tangible results.
