- Create and manage daily and weekly working schedules for kitchen helpers.
- Collect and review daily working reports from kitchen helpers.
- Oversee weekly and monthly kitchen purchases to ensure all necessary items are ordered and delivered on time.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update records.
- Handle payment processing for foreigner accommodations including document and manage any repair requests or issues.
- Support office general affairs if needed.
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fluency in Mandarin spoken and written
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to do a work under minimum supervision
