- To secure new businesses for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts to increase the share of wallet from these customers.
- Develop and improve marketing quality
- Maintain relations based on data customers, doing research for new opportunities and customers
- Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress
- Have buying power with vendors which relate to business development
- Supervise marketing team in order to fulfill the targets
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree or Master degree (Economics and Business/Marketing Management/Transportation/Logistics) from reputable university
- At least 3-8 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company)
- Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills
- Excellent in leadership skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Required languages: Indonesia, English and Chinese languages will be plus point
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Able to join as soon as possible
