Job Description
- Manage and maintain all General Affair activities, including Office management, building facilities & dormitory, expatriates' working visa application documents
- Handling staff housing
- Communicate with related suppliers/vendors in purchasing office supplies, office maintenance
- Arrange company events
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any major
- Required language(s): Mandarin (must), English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in HRGA or equivalent
- Have experience in handling Personnel, company inventory, Asset, operational cars, dorm management
- Strong interpersonal & management skill
