Job Description:
-Proven minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or brand/product management, preferably in FMCG and mum&baby industry.
-Experience working in cross functional teams, managing cross functional projects
-Working knowledge of analytic tools
-Good presentation skill, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Strong decision-making skills and result oriented
-Written and spoken in Chinese/English skills
Requirements:
1. Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results
2. Market Consumer Insight:
- Assist in on-going market analysis; Briefing agencies and preparation for research;
- Closely monitor and analyze business performance, market and competitor trend
3. Brand Planning and activities Execution:
- Contribute to creating short & long-term strategies for brand. Lead execution of strategy towards better products and packaging; ensuring the product and packing experience is always aligned with brand essence.
- Assist in the development of Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans.
- With experience of most aspects of brand management, able to be much accountable to deliver plan to execution flawlessly.
- Drive brand performance evaluation and recommend solutions, initiate activities and/or collaborate cross-function to achieve planned targets.
4. Innovation & Renovation:
- Assist in new product Idea-2-Launch cycle from concept ideation, packaging design, promotion planning till activation development.
5. Major project:
- Run mix campaigns of ATL and BTL, with strengthen social digital aspects etc.
