The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices
2. Consult with the line managers and provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee management and development as well as organization development
3. Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the Company, ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures
4. Participate in learning and development project planning, assist in implementing and executing the program to deliver desired outcome
5. Ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations
6. Work with management to create standard operating procedures
7. Cooperate with members across regions

1. At least 3 years of working experiences in HR field
2. Strong understanding of HR processes
3. Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
4. Excellent team player with good leadership
5. Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
