Job Description
· Document Translation Mandarin to Indonesia.
· Supervise daily activity of Admin Clerk and Warehouse team
· Conduct employee performance reviews.
· Smooth out problems within the workplace.
· Develop strategies for better Warehouse & Admin Clerk team efficiency and goal achievement.
· Email and phone correspondence.
· Liaise between Country Managers, Warehouse Team, Admin Clerk and externals (Forwarder).
· Monitor spending patterns and budget.
· Fill in for Warehouse Country Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
· Support ongoing learning and development of Warehouse team & Admin Clerk members.
· Assist in creating a respectful and inclusive warehouse team environment
· Provide Positives/negatives feedback on warehouse & Admin Clerk performance

Requirements
· Male or Female
· Ages 25 – 35 Years Old
· Minimum 2 years Experience in related fields
· Full Proficient Mandarin Speaker
· English Speaker is an added-value
