- Improve HR Management, including through recruitment, training, and elimination of teams at branches. 导购招培用留汰的管理和分类培训提升.
- Implement product training and premium selling skills. 区域产品培训落地及高端机培训能力提升
- Coordinate with the team in conducting training. 区域集训的统筹及落地
- Organize promotional events. 促销活动执行
岗位要求
- 23 - 35 years old. 23 - 35 岁
- At least a bachelor's degree in any major 本科及以上
- Mandarin speaker, public speaking skills, training skills, and event organization skills are preferred. 会汉语优先，有公众演讲能力、课程培训能力、活动组织能力.
- Experience in training, team management, and event organization is preferred. 有培训经验，有团队管理经验，活动管理执行经营，优先.
- Can operate Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, public speaking and data processing skills. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT,有良好的公众表达能力和数据图表处理能力.
