岗位职责
- Prepare and review monthly tax returns, annual tax return for both individual and corporate, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable tax laws.
- Assist to prepare the monthly tax calculation, tax return, and filing (VAT, Income Tax Art. 23/26, Art. 4(2), Art. 15, etc.).
- Assist clients in resolving tax audits, inquiries, and disputes with tax authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for business development and upselling of tax advisory services.
- Conduct research for certain tax cases where necessary.
- Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to the day-to-day business activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and audit, to ensure tax considerations are properly addressed in business initiatives and corporate strategies.
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Have a tax certification will be an advantage.
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in Tax Consulting.
- English communication skill both oral and written is a must.
- Deep knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and codes, including expertise in federal, state, and local tax matters.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to specific client situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
