岗位职责
- Preparing tax payments
- Estimating and tracking tax returns
- Issue tax invoice and give proper tax guide to meet legal framework and compliance requirements
- Prepare & Manage regular (monthly quarterly and annual) tax reports （salary tax，income tax，withholding tax，VAT，import duty，and any other tax related to business）
- Organize and update the company’s tax database
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Deal with tax office regarding any tax issue
- Share financial data with the accounting department
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
- Forecast tax predictions to Senior Managers
- Keep up to date with payroll legislative changes
- Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations
岗位要求
- Minimum 1 year work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software packages
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Keen attention to detail
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; industry certification (e.g. CMA or ACCA) is preferred
- Brevet A&B Certification is a must
