- Identifying, designing and implementing training programs according to the needs of the company or organization.
- Conducting research on training methods and best practices in order to create new training programs.
- Creating a learning environment that motivates employees to apply what they learn in their work lives.
- Conducting coaching sessions to help employees develop their performance at work.
- Evaluating and conducting performance appraisal to measure productivity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in related fields.
