• Handle end to end recruitment process.
• Handle and mediate employee-related issues, conflicts and concerns.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in career development discussions.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to employees to improve their performance. 
• Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
• Handle daily attendance report. 
• Process and manage payroll accurately and on time. 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR-related issues effectively Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• As our business is in MICE, you are expected to work in Weekends/holiday during events.
