We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as Senior Lawyer specializing in New energy, Infrastructure, and BOT (Build Operate Transfer) projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal expertise and support for our projects in these areas.

• Provide legal advice and support for New Energy, infrastructure, and BOT projects from inception to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to project development, financing, and operation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters related to projects, if necessary.

• PERADI licensed lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in providing legal services for new energy projects such as thermal power, hydro power, solar energy, or experience in BOT, BOOT, TOT aspects of infrastructure projects such as highways, hydro power stations, sewage, waste disposal, etc.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing these sectors.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to explore new areas of law.
