岗位职责
- Supervise workshop activities, prioritize tasks, and enforce safety procedures.
- Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently, optimize workflow processes.
- Recruit, train, mentor workshop staff, conduct evaluations, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and maintain records.
- Liaise with customers, provide technical support, and build strong relationships.
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a workshop setting.
- Proficient in workshop operations, mechanical/electrical principles, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and delegation skills.
- Clear communication, technical and non-technical, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
