岗位职责
- Responsible for pre-sales technical support for communication operator business and data center business, conducting user research, demand analysis, pre-sales consultation and solution design, technical explanation and exchange, and other pre-sales support work.
- Maintain good communication with customers, continuously explore user needs, conduct user needs analysis and guidance, and provide consulting services and solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to promote products and showcase solutions.
- Responsible for completing the technical part of the bidding documents and assisting in the bidding process.
岗位要求
- Familiar with communication OSS/BSS or data center related business systems, with more than 3 years of experience in communication IT products.
- Capable of drafting and presenting technical proposals and bidding documents, proficient in using tools such as Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Good customer communication skills, language expression ability, comprehension ability, and communication coordination ability.
- Priority given to speaking Indonesian.
