岗位职责
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare monthly tax filings.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Handle ad hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and Indonesian languages.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
