岗位职责
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee the signing of employment contracts and ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation for all current and future hires.
  • Handle the processing of employee visas, work permits, and related documentation required for expatriates and other foreign workers.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal legal team to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
  • Provide advice and guidance on visa matters to ensure all employees are legally compliant with local and international standards.
  • Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
岗位要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager, procurement manager, or other managerial role.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
