- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Ensuring everyone is working effectively.
- Help develop and execute plans to meet business goals, focusing on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, making recommendations to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Ensure excellent service standards are maintained, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
岗位要求
- Have a bachelor degree in any fields.
- Must have Mandarin and english skills.
- Experience as Assistant for 1-3 years.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
