岗位职责
- Responsible for Indonesia KOL marketing, developing innovative promotion strategies to achieve the goals of user acquisition and brand awareness for keyboard app.
- Continuously optimize localized operation resources in Indonesia and conduct user analysis and requirements collection through activities, communities, etc.
- Maintain good habit of monitoring trending topics and stimulate users to spread by utilizing the trending topics.
- Conduct regular Indonesian user surveys and produce research reports on Indonesian users’ input habits, internet habits, and product experience.
- Cooperate with team members, including development, operation, and testing, to improve product experience and optimize work efficiency.
岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above, 2 years+ professional experience in marketing, media, advertising or related background is preferred.
- Experience in KOL marketing or promotion in Indonesia market, familiar with Indonesia social media platforms and KOL ecosystem preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and cooperation relationship with KOL.
- Have good data analysis skills and be able to understand and utilize data metrics to optimize promotion strategies.
- Have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and be able to respond to market challenges and changes.
- Have deep understanding of Indonesian culture and market, and be able to understand and comply with local consumer preferences and behavioral habits.
- Good team spirit and self-motivation, able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment and achieve goals.
