岗位职责
- Responsible for the commercial operations of Baidu's international products, accountable for the monetization of products.
- Work closely with the operations and business development teams, responsible for daily online and offline communication with clients, support the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of close relationships with existing clients, and follow up on the analysis and optimization of the ads budget spending effects.
- Based on an understanding of product monetization and the current business situation, develop reasonable strategies from a commercial perspective combined with data to improve the efficiency of advertising at all stages.
- Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian internet market, carry out industry analysis and research, assisting in product business planning.
岗位要求
- Proficient in Indonesian and English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, locals from Indonesia preferred (additional points for Chinese language skills).
- At least 3 years of related work experience in the advertising industry, with certain sales operation capabilities, familiar with the advertising product logic of various media platforms on the market, and understanding the latest development trends in the industry advertising.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, pays attention to details and interpersonal skills in various situations.
- Possesses good communication skills and team spirit, willing to explore and think, strong ownership, high work responsibility, and motivation.
