岗位职责
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with office team and applicator team for planning the working schedule, human resource, facilities, material, budgeting
- Set up files with owner/contractor team to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Monitor the project quality/ standard during progressing
- Follow up the project progress handover and payment
- Ensure the project deliverable are on time within budget
- Final review the project budget with accountant after project handover, and upload to google drive
岗位要求
- Bachelor degree in Civil/ Architect - Computer skills: Ms office, Auto CAD, Shop Drawing, etc.
