岗位职责
- Willing to working in shift
- Receive incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails on the call center line.
- Listen to and record customer complaints and inquiries.
- Provide the information needed by customers and promote products or services to customers.
- Carry out marketing activities or telemarketing via telephone.
- Conduct surveys for company needs (CSI, SSI, Product).
岗位要求
- 1-2 years of working experience as a call center agent.
- Good knowledge and experience in call center operations within the automotive industry.
- Good communication skills in English & Indonesian and a strong understanding of handling complaints.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
- Open to male candidates only.
