1) Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and its compliance to latest regulation (e.g. Social Security and Income Tax)
2) Liaise with the clients for data and information as well as clarification of periodic deliverables.
3) Provide advisory to clients in minimizing employment risk (e.g. contract advisory, remuneration package structuring, etc)
4) Assist with various assignments related to local legal compliance such as LKPM, WLK and Employee Handbook.
5) Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist with engagement letter and billing for clients.
- Summarise project budget and prepare proposals.
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2) Professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification are a plus.
3) Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years in finance, accounting, and tax.
4) Ability to work with large amounts of information
5) Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
6) Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
7) Fluency in English (professional vocabulary and terminology)
8) Ability to express ideas fluently and competently both in writing and orally.
9) At least 1-2 years of experience in management consulting
