岗位职责
- Check, verify and prepare payment transactions
- Record payment into the system
- Recap payment reports and outstanding payments
- Create payment transactions via e-banking or manual
- Coordinate with banks regarding loans
- Control and analyze the company's cash flow
- Bank reconciliation with outgoing money transactions in the system
- Monitoring cash advance and petty cash.
岗位要求
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Accounting/Finance, Banking, Management Finance, or relevant field
- Detail oriented, able to work with deadlines
- Able to maintenance loan transaction deadline
- Has experience to correspondent with the bank related to loan transaction
- Familiar with required documents for loan application to bank
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals.
