岗位职责
- Assist the PACK process supervisor in carrying out other PACK tasks.
- Familiarize and proficiently master the PACK production process and key control points of the production process, timely understand the situation on the production site and be able to make timely responses;
- Provide technical process support for production, develop standard operation manuals for each process, solve technical problems that arise during the production process, provide technical guidance and training to production personnel, inspect the implementation of process discipline, and conduct corrective assessments for behaviors that violate process standards;
- Provide on-site technical training to production line employees;
- Participate in the analysis and investigation of technical quality accidents and equipment accidents during the production process;
- Accept rationalization suggestions directly reported and handle them according to procedures;
- Assist the PACK supervisor in formulating an evaluation plan for new supplier materials and supervise its implementation;
- Assist the process supervisor in developing PACK production process technical documents; On site supervision of the execution of process documents.
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong in technical knowledge, have knowledge about manufacture production process
- Understand current material industry standards, and be familiar with the company's various rules and regulations;
- Sensitive to changes in people and organizations, with strong communication, coordination, and promotion abilities;
- Have a strong sense of career and responsibility, be loyal to the enterprise, and have a spirit of professionalism;
- High level of professionalism, able to accept high-intensity work, with a positive and optimistic work attitude
- Willing be place in Cikarang / CIleungsi
