岗位职责
- Submit monthly, quarterly budged in accounting system.
- Creating and closing accounts in collection system.
- Recapping system account usage.
- Changing assignment rule in internal system.
- Case Assignment to collection agents.
- New product assignment on collection system.
- Manually assignment on case collection.
- Submitting vendor invoice in Coupa system.
- Recap all invoice and expenses, budgeting plan.
岗位要求
- English speaker is a must and Mandarin speaker is preferred
- Graduated from reputable university.
- Able to multitask and learn many system management on collection system.
- Able to work with various departments and regional team.
- Able to work on weekends if needed, reachable and contactable.
- Have minimum of 2 years in financial industry as management role.
