岗位职责
- Responsible for credit assessment planning, strategy and optimize credit assessment/underwriting process to promote credit assessment quality and efficiency for online lending biz.
- Responsible for utilization of various external data sources to improve credit assessment quality.
- Assuring correct and prompt implementation of changes in underwriting strategy, cooperating with other departments to guarantee proper credit assessment decision delivered.
- Take charge of local credit assessment team’s knowledge transferring..
岗位要求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Statistics / Accounting / Mathematics / Computer Science or other related fields.
- Skilled in using any Phyton, SQL, R, or SAS for data analysis is an advantage.
- Good communication skill in English/Mandarin and Indonesian is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in leading Student Union is preferred.
- Detail oriented, efficient, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Selected candidate will be trained in Chengdu, China for 6 months to 1 year before returning to work in Jakarta.
