岗位职责
- According to the Group's human resources policies and local laws and regulations, modify and improve the human resources management system and report to the headquarters for record, and supervise the implementation of the system, and find and correct problems in a timely manner;.
- Responsible for the daily personnel work of the local company, according to the company's business needs, planning the company's recruitment, training, performance, salary, promotion and other related human resources matters;
- Establish a standardized recruitment system, improve the personnel recruitment system, review the company's recruitment plan, and do a good job in the selection, evaluation and reserve of various talents;
- According to the company's development strategy, formulate training plans, improve the training management system, design and develop training courses, manage internal and external training resources, and organize training;
- Connect with the performance evaluation system of the group, organize and implement the performance evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation data
- Connect with the group's salary and welfare system, adjust the salary structure according to the actual situation, and review various salary plans and welfare plans according to the annual labor cost plan;
- Pay attention to employee dynamics, coordinate employee relations, and properly handle various personnel disputes;
- Regularly update and report local personnel data and maintain this information of the personnel system;
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 or more years as a HR Generalist/Compensation and Benefits/HRBP
- Good project management and communication skills
- General computer skills, especially MS Office, email usage
- Language skills: Proficient in Indonesian (required) and English
