岗位职责
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
- Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, presentation and correspondence for the GM
- Assist in project management and coordination of tasks
- Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM
岗位要求
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
- Good project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and office management software
- Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian (required), English (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
