岗位职责
- The Mandarin-Speaking Management Trainee is a program from PT. Wook Global Technology for fresh graduates or those with existing experience, who will be prepared to become part of the strategic positions within the company, while still making competence the main foundation.
- The Mandarin MT graduates are expected to have broad general knowledge and be flexible enough to take on any role assigned to them.
- In the Mandarin MT, you will be prepared and trained both in the classroom and in the workplace, providing you with the opportunity to occupy strategic positions. There will be various classroom trainings, field observations, and other unique training according to the company's culture.
岗位要求
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field of study
- Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Have 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in communication skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin: speaking (primary), writing/typing/reading
- Possess the skills and knowledge to operate Microsoft Office and the internet
- Dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, independent, target and results-oriented
- Honest, loyal, highly dedicated, with a good personality and strong leadership skills
- Willing to conduct business trips
- Ready for placement across all of our branches in Indonesia
