岗位职责
- Responsible for post-sales technical service activities.
- Liaise with service partners on technical matters such as technical specifications, spare parts, warranty, and performance parameters.
- Create technical bulletins when required by production or engineering.
- Provide a technical helpline 24/7 for any field issues (dealer/customer).
- Visit all dealers in Indonesia and customers to quickly resolve any technical issues.
岗位要求
- More than 3 years of working experience in technical expertise.
- Good knowledge and experience in technical troubleshooting for ICE engines (EV knowledge is a plus).
- Good communication skills and a solid understanding of measurement tools for analysis.
- Have a valid driving license (SIM A).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
