岗位职责
- Prepare reports regarding Staff Absence, Staff Leave, and Formalities
- Process document and forms necessary for the implementation of various (Human resources policies, programs, plans, procedures)
- Responsible for screening recruitment resumes and arranging interviews
- Handling of employee transfer procedures; Assist in organizing employee activities;
- Helping additional other task needed by Company
岗位要求
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least have 2 years of working experience in related field
- Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin is a Must
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Advance proficiency in Ms. Office.
- Strong management skills.
- Strong analytical.
