TAX
Supervise the obligations of withholding and collecting corporate taxes
Perform monthly corporate tax reporting
Drafting & reporting the Annual Tax Return of the company
Coordination with tax offices, tax consultants, auditors, banks
Providing advice / input on financial aspects & taxation (especially the readiness of the new tax rules)
ACCOUNTING
Create and check reports of purchases, sales, debts, cash/bank, and merchandise inventory
Check the recording of journals
According to the company’s business processes, review various expenses and conduct account processing
RISK & FINANCE CONTROLLER
Risk review payment collection (eg. any giro / cheque / bank guarantee / joint accounts / 3rd party debt collection)
Review customs tax for imported goods
Develop the company’s finance & tax standards of procedure and ensure its implementation
Take initiative to understand the company’s existing business processes, providing timely feedback for the finance & tax departement in order to prevent risks
岗位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related degrees is preferable
10-15 years of work experience in Finance, Tax, or Accounting is required
Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a must
