岗位职责
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled finance reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Support Finance Assistant in the preparation of regularly scheduled payment
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support employee and managers administration or other generals queries (absence, data changes (if any), etc)
岗位要求
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree. We are looking for FRESH GRADUATES.
- Required language(s): Mandarin and English (writing, reading, listening and speaking), already completed min. HSK 4 or more is a PLUS.
- Have cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented
- Fast learning and have a high responsibility sense
- Have excellent ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
