-Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices
-Consult with the line managers and provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee management and development as well as organization development
-Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the Company, ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures
-Participate in learning and development project planning, assist in implementing and executing the program to deliver desired outcome
-Ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations
-Work with management to create standard operating procedures
-Cooperate with members across regions
-At least 3 years of working experiences in HR field
-Strong understanding of HR processes
-Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent team player with good leadership
-Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
