岗位职责
- Develop and achieve business goals for channel distributor partnerships in Jakarta and throughout Indonesia.
- Develop and expand partnerships with distributor clients through visits, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Drive stockpiling by channel distributors according to company-set business goals.
- Provide support to channel distributors and assist them in quickly moving inventory.
- Supervise channels and conduct price inspections to ensure channel distributors conduct business according to company standards and maintain market price order.
- Regularly report business progress to headquarters and continuously improve work methods and efficiency based on market changes and headquarters' goals.
岗位要求
- Experience in channel sales in the walkie-talkie/security surveillance or related industries.
- Fluent in Indonesian and Chinese, with Chinese being a working language.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably male and under 28 years old.
- Familiar with the security/communications electronics channel market in Jakarta, with extensive experience in channel market development and maintenance.
- Proactive, strong sense of ambition, and good learning and adaptability skills.
