岗位职责
- Lead the Indonesian team in managing the financial BP tasks for designated business modules. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end closed-loop budget management, overseeing payments and collections, ensuring compliance with accounts payable and receivable standards, maintaining data accuracy, verifying accounting vouchers, and standardising financial system voucher templates.
- Handle additional specialised tasks as assigned by leadership, including coordinating external third-party audits and conducting due diligence assessments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and follow leadership’s work directives.
岗位要求
- Bachelor’s degree from top 5 universities in Indonesia. Major in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- 5-7 years in accounting/finance, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Excel; strong knowledge of financial principles and systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage external audits.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
