岗位职责
- Formulate source-seeking procurement strategies and improve Indonesian procurement systems and standards based on the company's strategies, systems and processes, and with reference to industry standards;
- Coordinate the procurement of aviation (domestic + international), transit sites, warehouses, DC and vehicle resources, quickly expand the resource pool and identify high-quality resources suitable for our company;
- Sort out various detailed issues in procurement work and prevent and control them from the system, process and standard levels;
- Responsible for life cycle management of corresponding category suppliers, bidding and procurement in business links, contract processing, follow-up of service quality, etc., and optimize daily management issues.
岗位要求
- Have more than 5 years of procurement experience, be familiar with procurement business processes, and have strong business negotiation skills and cost analysis capabilities;
- Be familiar with the knowledge of the corresponding category industry, have a deeper understanding of the responsible category industry, be sensitive to relevant markets, and be able to grasp market dynamics and cost profiles in real time;
- Have good interpersonal communication skills and professionalism, be rigorous and diligent, and be able to coordinate and handle cross-department collaboration;
- Have Chinese and Indonesia language skills, and majors related to procurement management, supply chain management, and project management are preferred.
