岗位职责
- Create and report weekly and monthly recruitment plans.
- Create and publish job vacancy advertisements on various portals.
- Build relationships with potential employees through professional groups on social media and at events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for potential employees.
- Screening resumes and job applications.
- Conduct phone screening to create a list of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in person for a variety of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Track recruiting metrics including time to hire, time to fill, and recruiting sources.
- Design, distribute, and measure candidate experience survey results.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
岗位要求
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment and selection.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of recruitment performance metrics.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Good multitasking ability and able to work under pressure.
- Understand employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
- Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin will be an advantage
